Flat fees’ subscriptions
 
Having completed dental treatment confirmed by our doctor, each patient 
is entitled to take out an annual subscription covering maintenance 
and prophylactic dental care.

The annual Subscription is PLN 1000, payable as a lump sum, or in two or four 
instalments.

Patients taking out a Subscription buy one year’s free entitlement to:
treatment of any carious cavities; 
root-canal treatment of teeth not treated in this manner previously; 
removal of dental calculus (tartar) after half a year’ Subscription; 
prophylactic teeth fluoridation; 
An additional advantage of the Subscription is that purchase for at least three 
persons at a time entitles you to a 10% discount.
